Parking Mapa is the first P2P parking platform in the Balkans. The original concept was born from a mission to connect private parking owners directly with drivers in search of a spot. In this project, I led the redesign of the platform’s initial MVP. My primary objective was to transform a pioneering concept into a sophisticated digital product.

Data suggests that the majority of users will interact with this page to browse availability, often before they even consider creating an account. Therefore, the goal was to make discovery as frictionless as possible.

Simple and Intuitive Onboarding Flow

Intuitive onboarding flow

To encourage the supply side of the marketplace, posting a parking spot had to feel effortless. I implemented a 4-step progressive disclosure form to prevent cognitive overload.

Data-Driven Dashboard

The dashboard was designed to transition the user from a one-time poster to an active parking manager.
Here, users can oversee their entire portfolio of spots with ease.
